What is Fluenta?
Fluenta is a membership platform delivering high quality rowing workouts led by double Olympic Gold medalist Alex Gregory. Fluenta workouts are designed to be used on any rowing machine, anywhere.
What's included in Fluenta Membership?
As a member of Fluenta you have full access to our growing library of on and off the water rowing workouts, strength and stretching sessions, and mindset coaching videos.
What kind of rowing machine do I need to use?
Fluenta is designed to be used with ANY type of rowing machine.
Does Fluenta connect with my rowing machine?
We don't currently support any specific connectivity to rowing machines.
Can I watch Fluenta workouts on my TV?
Yes, you can use Chromecast or Airplay to watch Fluenta workouts on your TV by casting from your laptop, device or phone.
Does Fluenta offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 7 day free trial where you will have access to all live and on-demand content.
Does Fluenta have an app?
Yes, Fluenta is available through both Apple and Google Play. You can also connect your Apple watch with the iOS app to see live workout data on your screen while syncing to Apple health.
How much does Fluenta cost?
The monthly membership is £19. Your subscription will automatically renew every month and you can cancel at any time. An annual membership is £199 and this will automatically renew on a yearly basis. You can pay via card or PayPal.
How often is new content added?
We add two new 'Weekly Workouts' to Fluenta every week. On-demand content filmed around the world both on-water and on-machine will be added as we grow. We endeavour to create original, high-quality, immersive workouts to keep our members engaged and motivated.

How do I cancel?
If for any reason you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
