This challenge is about turning up regularly, developing positive routines and improving how rowing feels - physically and mentally.
Over six weeks, you’ll work on refining your technique, building strength, improving fitness, and growing confidence on the machine, without pressure or overwhelm.
The programme follows a carefully planned progression, meaning that whatever your rowing experience or current fitness level, you’ll gain real benefit from taking part.
