The Rhythm Programme is designed to help you build a deep sense of connection and control in every stroke you take.
Created to be followed over 6 weeks, the programme includes 18 guided rowing sessions that gradually develop your ability to find your rhythm, settle into it, maintain it for longer durations and hold it under pressure.
The focus moves away from forcing effort and chasing numbers, and towards rowing that feels fluid, efficient and repeatable - just how it should be.
While the programme has a suggested 6-week structure, you can move through it at your own pace and return to it whenever you need to reset your rowing.
